I like. That sign has confused me before. By simplify do they mean 'live in an apartment' per chance? Is this artistic license?

Though not art, I also like the sign for WH Amad on the building behind. It is direct and old-fashioned.

WH AMAD is providing the "slick European environment" gotta love him for that...i can't parse this whichever way I look. Europeans live simple lives? Or, what could be simpler than an empty block of land? Or is that what they mean? (Simplify Life - Raze Away) It qualifies as art in that it melts my brain. Good coffee 'round the corner and a handy mosque but.
